What the app does

EveLock is an offline period and cycle tracker. It saves your notes, moods, symptoms, and cycle info locally on your device. The app works without an internet connection.

Data we collect

We collect nothing.
We do not collect personal information, usage analytics, device identifiers, location, contacts, or any other data.

Data stored on your device

The following information may be saved only on your iPhone, if you choose to enter it:

  • Period/cycle dates
  • Moods and symptoms
  • Notes you add
  • App settings (e.g., optional PIN)

You can view, export (PDF), or delete this data at any time from within the app.

How your data is used

All processing happens on your device to show your calendar, summaries, and exports. We do not transmit your data to our servers (we don’t operate any for EveLock).

Backups & syncing

EveLock itself doesn’t sync. If you use iCloud or an encrypted device backup, Apple (or your backup provider) may process a copy of the app’s local data as part of your device backup. You can manage backups in iOS Settings.

Sharing & selling
  • We do not sell or share your personal data.
  • We have no third-party SDKs (no ads, no analytics).
  • We do not disclose data to others because we don’t have it.
Security
  • Your data is protected by iOS and your device passcode/Face ID.
  • EveLock includes an optional digit PIN for quick privacy inside the app.
  • If you export a PDF and share it, that exported file is outside the app and follows the security of the place you save or send it.
Your choices & controls
  • No account to create or delete.
  • Export your data to PDF at any time.
  • Delete all app data from Settings in EveLock, or by deleting the app.
  • Manage backups in iOS (iCloud or computer).
Children’s privacy

EveLock is designed for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app has no online accounts, any information entered stays on the device. Parents/guardians should supervise device use where appropriate.

International users

We don’t transfer or process your data on our servers. Any processing is on your device or via services you choose (e.g., iCloud backups).

Legal bases / rights (GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA/other)

Because we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, most data rights requests (access, correction, deletion) are performed by you directly on your device using the in-app controls. If you need help, contact us and we’ll guide you.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how EveLock handles data, we’ll update this page and bump the “Last updated” date.
