ZeroCloud Apps

By using any ZeroCloud Apps product, you agree to the following terms.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any ZeroCloud Apps product (each, an “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1) License & Usage

ZeroCloud Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the App for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable app store terms.

The Apps are provided free of charge. Downloading the App does not constitute a purchase. You may continue to use the version you downloaded for as long as it remains installed and functional on your device, however continued availability, updates, compatibility, and support are not guaranteed and may be affected by operating system changes, device limitations, or third-party platform policies.

You may install and use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with applicable app store rules.

2) Ownership & Restrictions

ZeroCloud Apps (and/or its licensors) retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Apps, including all intellectual property rights.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not:

• resell, rent, lease, distribute, redistribute, sublicense, publish, copy, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the App or any portion of it;
• bypass, disable, or interfere with security, licensing, or technical protection measures.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law (and then only to the minimum extent permitted).

3) Offline-First & Optional AI Features

The Apps are designed to function offline by default.

Some Apps may offer optional AI features, which are disabled by default and require you to provide your own API key or credentials for the third-party service you choose.

If you enable AI features:

• data may be transmitted directly from your device to the third-party AI provider you select, according to your configuration and usage;
• ZeroCloud Apps does not operate, control, endorse, store, or monitor third-party AI services or your interactions with them;
• your use of any third-party AI service is governed by that provider’s own terms, policies, and practices, and you are responsible for reviewing and complying with them.

4) Data Responsibility & Backups

Unless you choose otherwise through your device or platform settings (for example, OS-level backups or cloud backup features), App data is stored locally on your device.

You are solely responsible for:

• maintaining access to your device;
• backing up and restoring your data; and
• any loss of data resulting from deletion, device failure, OS updates, platform changes, or user error.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroCloud Apps is not responsible for loss of data.

5) No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

ZeroCloud Apps does not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices or future operating system versions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroCloud Apps and Neural Muse Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business interruption, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Apps, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

6) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to an App if you materially violate these Terms or misuse the App, where technically feasible.

Because the Apps are distributed via third-party platforms (e.g., app stores), access and availability may also be limited, suspended, or removed by platform providers or as a result of updates or policy changes.

7) Donations / Support (Optional)

ZeroCloud Apps is supported by optional donations that help fund ongoing development and maintenance. Donations are voluntary and are not required to download or use any App. Donating does not create a subscription, does not unlock paid access (unless explicitly stated on a specific page), and does not guarantee future features, updates, or support.

8) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of any App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
